Aura Train & Rail is a new and niche business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing needs of the train and railway industry for the right skills – here and now, and over time. We are currently looking for experienced train technicians based in Gothenburg!  

As a train technician, you are an important cog in a team that ensures trains run safely and efficiently. You will work with everything from preventive maintenance and service to advanced troubleshooting and repairs. You document technical deviations and actions, collaborate closely with colleagues – but also enjoy working independently.   

Your tasks include: 

• Service, repair, and maintenance

• Troubleshooting in mechanics, electrical, and electronics 

• Reporting and documentation in technical systems 

• Participating in improvement work related to safety and quality  

Shift work occurs – the operation runs around the clock, all year round. Working hours and arrangements are adapted as much as possible to your skills and life situation. 

We are looking for someone who has: 

• A few years of experience as a train technician 

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written 

• Is meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented 

• Enjoys taking responsibility and working both independently and in a team 

Meritorious: 

Good electrical competence (AC/DC, troubleshooting, schematic reading)
